 +====== Data Export ======
 +
 +Sensitive data needs to be exported securely. In order to do this a level of encryption must be present on both the export and import ends. Below are instructions on how to generate an encryption key and use it for secure data export.
 +
 +==== Steps for installing the GPG  Encryption Utility ====
 +=== For Windows ===
 +
 +
 +  - Download and install http://ftp.gpg4win.org/gpg4win-light-1.1.4.exe
 +      - The only components that you need to select at WinPT  and GPGee
 +
 +  - Run the WinPT Tool.   It can be found under GnuPG for Windows in your Start Menu - Programs
 +  - It should come up with the window "WinPT First Start"
 +  - Select "Generate a GnuPG key pair"  and click OK
 +  - Enter your name and email address,  click OK
 +  - Enter a password,  click OK
 +  - Confirm password,  click OK
 +  - Once the Key Generation is complete (this will take a while),  click OK
 +  - If it prompts you to back up your keys you can click "No"
 +  - In your system tray you should now have an icon for the "Windows Privacy Tray". On most machines it looks like a key.  (in the attached picture it is the icon to the left of the orange one).   Double click on this icon and it should bring up the key manager.
 +     - {{:merchant:console:picture_5.png|Ordered List Item}}

 +  - Right click on your key and choose "Copy Key to Clipboard"
 +  - Paste the key into a message that will be sent to the intended recipient.
