From the reports section of your eCart console, you can download reports into Excel for printing or filing on your computer. All of your orders and products are stored and can be accessed online via the Orders and Products eCart pages. Files available for download include charts of orders sorted by date, and your complete product list.
When you click on the link that reads, “Download Orders into Excel,” you will be taken to a screen asking you to choose a start and end date for the range of dates that you would like to download. To download a report containing all of your orders, leave the dates blank and click on the “Download Orders” button.
Select the starting Month, Day, and Year from the drop-down menus on the left hand side of the screen, and the ending Month, Day, and Year from the drop-down menu on the right.
Once you have selected the dates you would like to download, click on the “Download Orders” button to the left. This will download the report you have selected and ask if you would like to open it in Excel or save it to your hard drive.
To compare your order list to a list of items sold, you will then need to click on the “Download Items” button on the right. This will repeat the download process with a list of items sold during your selected dates and you can compare the two reports in Excel, print them, or save them to your hard drive. You must download the orders data first, then the items data so you can cross-reference items purchased to the order ID.
To download a copy of your complete product list, simply click on the “Download Products into Excel.” The download will begin immediately and you will be asked if you would like to open the report in Excel or save it to your hard drive.
